Rules and conditions governing your use of ReconnectIA's website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReconnectIA website (www.reconnectia.com), the ATLAS™ AI Concierge agent, the self-assessment dashboard, or any other tool or service provided by ReconnectIA Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you interact with the ATLAS™ chat, provide your contact information, or use our self-assessment dashboard, you explicitly consent to being contacted by our team for commercial follow-up purposes. This constitutes a valid, informed consent to commercial communication under applicable regulations.
2. Description of Services
ReconnectIA provides AI strategy consulting and digital infrastructure services, including but not limited to:
- ATLAS™ AI Concierge: An intelligent conversational agent for lead qualification and service information.
- Authority Cloning Engine: Voice cloning and video avatar creation services for professional content production.
- Proprietary Data Environments: Private AI infrastructure setup, automation workflows, and process auditing.
- Strategic Solutions Integration: Web ecosystem design with embedded AI agents.
- Self-Assessment Dashboard: A diagnostic tool for prospective clients to evaluate their readiness for AI infrastructure.
Services are provided as described at the time of engagement. ReconnectIA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to active clients.
3. Use of ATLAS™ and Our Tools
When using the ATLAS™ AI Concierge or any automated tool on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Not use our tools for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our AI systems.
- Understand that ATLAS™ responses are AI-generated and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
ReconnectIA reserves the right to block access to any user who misuses our tools or violates these terms.
4. Client Obligations
Clients engaging ReconnectIA for paid services agree to:
- Provide accurate business and personal information required for service delivery.
- Maintain timely payment as agreed in the service contract.
- Provide necessary access and materials (voice samples, content, business documentation) for the development of AI systems on their behalf.
- Understand that AI-powered services (voice cloning, video avatars, automated content) are built on the client's own data and are managed by ReconnectIA on dedicated infrastructure.
5. Use of AI and Third-Party Platforms
ReconnectIA's services are built using industry-leading AI platforms including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and other providers. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Certain processing may occur on third-party AI infrastructure, governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
- ReconnectIA follows best practices aligned with providers' usage policies (Anthropic Usage Policy, Google AI Terms, etc.).
- No client proprietary data is shared with third-party AI providers for the purpose of training their public models.
- AI-generated outputs (voice, video, text) are tools to support your business and do not guarantee specific commercial results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on this website and within our platforms are the intellectual property of ReconnectIA Consulting unless otherwise stated.
AI-powered assets created specifically for a client (voice clones, video avatars, custom agents) remain the property of the client upon full payment. ReconnectIA retains administrative access to manage infrastructure. If a client's subscription lapses or payment defaults, service access will be suspended until the account is brought current. Client data and assets will not be deleted without prior written notice of at least 30 days.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
ReconnectIA may suspend or terminate access to services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or failed payment methods after a grace period of 7 days.
- Violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our platforms.
- Client request for service termination.
Upon suspension due to payment issues, all automated services (AI agents, automation workflows, content generation) will be paused. Client data will be preserved for a period of 60 days after suspension before permanent deletion, giving clients the opportunity to settle their account and resume service.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReconnectIA provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for:
- Business outcomes, revenue results, or ROI from the use of our AI systems.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Supabase, Vercel, Google, Anthropic, etc.).
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including responses from ATLAS™.
- Data loss resulting from events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, cyberattacks, etc.).
Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
