ReconnectIA Consulting ("ReconnectIA", "we", "us") is an AI strategy and infrastructure company operating at www.reconnectia.com and app.reconnectia.com. We help senior professionals and business owners transform their expertise into autonomous digital assets. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, the ATLAS™ AI Concierge agent, and any related tools or services.

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Contact data via ATLAS™: When you interact with our AI Concierge agent, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, industry, website, and availability. This data is stored securely in our private database.
  • Conversation summaries: A summary of your conversation with ATLAS™ is stored to allow our team to follow up with relevant information.
  • Usage preferences: We store your language preference (EN/ES) and chat interaction state locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly via email or schedule a session through Calendly, we retain that communication.

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule strategy sessions.
  • To follow up with relevant service information and commercial proposals.
  • To improve our AI systems and the quality of ATLAS™ responses.
  • To send service notifications and updates if you are an active client.

By engaging with our AI Concierge (ATLAS™) and voluntarily providing your contact information, you acknowledge and consent to being contacted by our team for commercial follow-up purposes.

share 4. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

ReconnectIA uses the following third-party platforms to operate its services:

  • Supabase: Secure database and authentication infrastructure for storing lead and session data.
  • Google Gemini API: Powers conversational AI features within ATLAS™. Interactions may be processed by Google's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Anthropic Claude / OpenAI: May be used for content generation and internal automation workflows. No personal client data is shared with these providers for model training.
  • Resend: Used to send automated email notifications to our team upon lead capture.
  • Vercel: Hosts our web application infrastructure.
  • n8n (self-hosted): Automation workflows run on our private server. No personal data is shared externally through these workflows without explicit consent.
  • Calendly: Used for scheduling. Their own privacy policy governs data collected through their platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage — a standard web technology — solely to store:

  • Your language preference (English or Spanish).
  • Whether you have previously interacted with the ATLAS™ chat widget.

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Your data is stored in a Supabase database protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access it. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We follow enterprise-grade security practices and regularly review our infrastructure for vulnerabilities. While no system is 100% immune to breaches, we take all reasonable technical measures to protect your information.

  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of commercial communications at any time.
  • Request that we not contact you for marketing purposes.
